Bro. Oluwole Owolabi serves as the President of Ergates International Ministry. With over three decades of pastoral leadership in the New Covenant Church, he held esteemed roles, including Conference Pastor and Provost of the New Covenant Bible College, Nigeria before retiring.
He studied Church Planting at the prestigious Centre for International Christian Ministries in London, United Kingdom. He is a dynamic Teacher of the Word, and mentor to many pastors within and outside Nigeria. He is a sought-after speaker, distinguished theological scholar and author of “The Story of Lot”.
Bro. Owolabi possesses extensive ministry experience spanning Christian leadership development, pastoral ministry, church planting and growth, youth ministry, as well as missions and evangelism.
He leads a dedicated team of ministers who oversee the diverse operations of Ergates International Ministry across various areas of service.
Bro. Peter Potoki is a dedicated ministry leader with over two decades of experience in pastoral leadership, missions, youth ministry, and church administration. He holds a Diploma in Biblical Studies from New Covenant Bible College, Nigeria, and an MBA from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Nigeria. Additionally, he has earned multiple international professional certifications, reflecting his commitment to continuous growth and excellence.
As Head of Secretariat for Ergates International Ministry, Peter spearheads strategic initiatives that drive organisational growth and support the ministry’s objectives. With a diverse professional background spanning banking, digital startups, charitable organisations, IT consulting, and healthcare, he brings a wealth of expertise to his role. His strong leadership in people and process management ensures operational efficiency and effectiveness across all facets of the organisation.
A devoted teacher of the Word with prophetic insight, he is passionate about guiding individuals to discover their identity and potential in Christ. His ministry is committed to raising well-rounded believers who achieve balance in all aspects of life. He also carries a burden for revival, aspiring to see cities and nations transformed through the power of God.
Bro. Oluwajoba Adegoke is a devoted servant of God with a divine mandate to raise an end-time army—spiritually grounded, kingdom-minded men and women committed to advancing God's purpose with unwavering dedication. His vision is to develop worthy ambassadors for Christ who march in unity, power, and purpose, steadfast in their divine calling.
As the Director of Missions and Outreach at Ergates International Ministry, Oluwajoba leads the spiritual mission of the organisation, overseeing outreach initiatives to ensure alignment with its core vision. He spearheads strategic efforts in evangelism, discipleship, and mobilisation, equipping believers for global kingdom impact.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria and has further honed his leadership acumen through the Daystar Leadership Academy and the Redeemed Christian Bible College, where he earned a Postgraduate Certificate in Christian Leadership. With this unique combination of academic expertise and spiritual equipping, Oluwajoba brings a biblically sound, strategic approach to leadership and ministry.
He remains deeply committed to equipping believers for effective kingdom service, leadership development, and spiritual growth in these critical times.
Sis. Temidayo serves as the Director of Welfare & Empowerment, overseeing welfare support, empowerment initiatives, and counselling to directly address beneficiary needs with compassion and strategic impact.
A devoted minister of the gospel, Temidayo is deeply passionate about prayer and counselling, which fuels her commitment to mental health and emotional well-being. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Clinical Psychology, with research interests in psycho-clinical interventions, genetic counselling behaviour, and community mental health. Her work embodies a seamless integration of faith, compassion, and professionalism, making her a trusted voice in both academic and therapeutic spaces.
With extensive experience as a Medical Social Worker and Clinical Psychologist, she currently serves at the Centre for Behavioural Health and Counselling within the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Ibadan, Nigeria, providing expert guidance in mental health care.
Beyond her clinical practice, she is a lecturer in the Department of Psychology at the University of Ibadan Distance Learning Centre (DLC), where she actively mentors and shapes the next generation of psychologists, equipping them with both theoretical and practical insights for meaningful impact.
Bro. Crown Samuel is a dedicated Christian content creator, dramatist, and skilled video editor committed to spreading the Gospel through creative storytelling and digital media. With a deep passion for ministry and a keen eye for visual arts, he produces compelling and inspirational content that engages both believers and seekers.
As the Director of Media and Communications, Crown strategically oversees all messaging, digital platforms, and outreach initiatives, ensuring that the ministry’s vision, values, and teachings are effectively communicated to inspire, equip, and strengthen the faith community.
A gifted dramatist, he brings biblical narratives to life through performance arts, delivering faith-based messages in a relatable and impactful way. His expertise in video editing ensures high-quality production, enhancing the reach and effectiveness of Christian media.
